At Heracles Wellness, we want you to be fully satisfied with your performance apparel; if your fit isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unwashed condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
