Coverage area 4.5m², steam room volume 8.6m³, weighs 850kg.
The Leil® Viva 250
The Viva 250 is the ultimate 4-5 person outdoor sauna – premium Estonian craftsmanship meets generous proportions in a beautifully designed cabin that transforms your garden into a wellness retreat.
With 4.5m² of coverage area and 8.6m³ interior volume, this spacious sauna delivers an authentic Finnish experience with room for family and friends. Each unit is made to order in Estonia with your choice of heater, lighting, and decorative options.
Two-Tier Bench Layout
The Viva 250's interior features a two-tier bench system with a 620mm deep top bench and 400mm deep lower bench, providing flexible seating options for different heat preferences and group sizes.
The generous 2388mm bench length comfortably accommodates 4-5 adults, while the integrated backrest ensures comfort during longer sessions. An optional step bench makes access easier and provides additional seating.
Interior Features:
Two-tier seating with backrest, triple ventilation system (inlet, outlet, and exhaust), pre-routed electrical conduits for heater and lighting, and optional decorative hexagonal back wall panel.
Contemporary Slatted Design
The Viva 250's signature vertical slatted exterior creates a contemporary architectural statement whilst allowing natural ventilation. Constructed from premium Nordic timber, the exterior weathers beautifully over time.
The full-height tempered glass door with side windows floods the interior with natural light whilst providing stunning views of your surroundings. The integrated rainwater drainage system and EPDM rubber roof ensure complete weather protection.
Every component has been engineered to withstand British weather conditions – from the reinforced base frame to the weather-sealed door and ventilation system.
Electric or Wood-Burning
The Viva 250 is compatible with both electric and wood-burning heaters, giving you flexibility in how you enjoy your sauna experience. For electric heating, we recommend a HUUM heater sized appropriately for the 8.6m³ volume.
Pre-routed electrical conduits are built into the walls for clean installation of the heater, control sensors, and optional LED lighting. All electrical work must be completed by a certified electrician.
Heater Recommendations:
For the 8.6m³ volume, we recommend the HUUM HIVE Mini 9kW (formula minimum) or 11kW (faster heat-up). For wood burning, the HUUM FLOW MINI or Harvia Cilindro 16 Steel are both compatible. UKU control panel required for electric heaters.
