Why Far Infrared?

Far-infrared wavelengths are remarkably similar to those naturally emitted by the human body. This is why FIR heat feels so natural and comfortable — your body readily absorbs it, warming you gently from the inside rather than simply heating the air around you.

This deep-penetrating heat raises your core body temperature, inducing a more intense sweat at lower, more comfortable ambient temperatures (typically 45-55°C compared to 80-100°C in traditional saunas). The result is a deeper detoxification with less discomfort.

The Noir's mica heaters emit radiation primarily in the far-infrared range, making them ideal for therapeutic sauna use. They also produce trace amounts of near and mid-infrared, providing complementary surface-level benefits alongside the deep tissue therapy.
